The condition for confirming the reservation is sending a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay. Up to 21 days before arrival, a 50% deposit can be returned. After this date, the entire deposit is non-returnable.

In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, a refund of 50% of the deposit is possible. After this deadline, the entire deposited amount is non-refundable.
- Pets - are not accepted.
- Children up to 3 years old - stay free of charge if sleeping with parents (without services).
- Guests who would like to receive an invoice are requested to enter all necessary details before paying the deposit.
