Special cancellation conditions

The condition for confirming the reservation is sending a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay. Up to 21 days before arrival, a 50% deposit can be returned. After this date, the entire deposit is non-returnable.

Among snow-covered peaks, in an atmosphere of peace and closeness to nature, truly magical Christmas awaits. A time filled with family joy, the scent of fir and homemade baked goods, as well as moments that stay in memory for a long time.

The price includes:

  •          7 nights in comfortable rooms equipped, among others, with: welcome set:  mineral water, tea, cups, electric kettle, TV,

    ·        7 hearty buffet breakfasts with a touch of regional delicacies,

    ·        4 served dinners on 20.12, 21.12, 22.12, 23.12 (16-18),

    ·        "Mountain refreshment" – a welcoming shot

    ·        24.12.2026 traditional, festive Christmas Eve dinner: 12 delicious dishes accompanied by Slavic carols and a visit from Santa Claus,

    ·        Animation activities and Christmas tree decorating on 24.12.2025,

    ·        25.12.2026 Christmas lunch with a glass of wine accompanied by the sounds of a highlander band,

    ·        26.12.2026 Christmas dinner with a glass of wine.

    ·        Access to spa (jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Roman bath) from 17 to 20 (excluding Christmas Eve)

Basic informations

Stay rules

  • Hotel day - 16:00-11:00.
  • Failure to use any service during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not result in a refund. The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be priced separately.
  • Pets - not accepted. Except for dogs up to 4 kg in rooms designated by the reception.
  • We reserve the right to change the program.
  • Children up to 3 years old – free stay if they sleep with parents (without services, applies to one child per room).
  • A deposit of 30% of the stay value must be paid within 3 days of booking.
  • Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the facility regulations available at: https://www.podkotelnica.pl/hotel/regulamin
  • Guests who would like to receive an invoice are asked to provide all necessary data before paying the deposit.
  • Dinners are served from 16:00 to 18:00: soup, main course, compote, dessert – 1 menu per day (after notifying the reception in advance, there is a possibility of dinner from 18:00 to 20:00 for an additional fee of 10 PLN/person for each dinner, otherwise the unused dinner is forfeited)
