Rules of stay:
- Check-in - 16: 00-11: 00
- Prepayment - prepayment rules differ depending on the type of package.
- Failure to use any benefits during the stay, as well as shortening it, will not result in a refund The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and it is not possible to make a separate valuation.
- Pets - are not allowed. Smoking - is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
- Children under 3 - free stay if they sleep with their parents (without benefits, applies to one per room).
- Children from 3-10 years old - are counted in stays with a discount.
- Guests who would like to receive an invoice are asked to enter all necessary data.

Conditions of reservation

The condition for confirming the reservation is sending a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay. Up to 21 days before arrival, a 50% deposit can be returned. After this date, the entire deposit is non-returnable.
