Our Chef is inspired by what is healthy and local in the menu. In the kitchen, he uses the latest techniques to bring out the best of the Podhale flavors.

We invite you to the most delicious breakfasts in the area. Breakfasts at the Pod Kotelnica Restaurant offer a wide selection of products, including local specialties from nearby suppliers.

Our royal breakfasts will satisfy the palate of every gourmet. We simply love breakfasts, we know it is the most important meal that can start a beautiful morning. We create a unique atmosphere, where you can relax with the aroma of real coffee and fragrant tea, which will complement a delicious, unhurried breakfast. We invite you every day from 8:00 to 10:00.

And on our tables, we have prepared for Guests:

platters of cheeses and cold cuts from regional suppliers
various types of roulades: with spinach, mushrooms, lettuce
royal salads
bread from a family bakery in Białka
beetroot tartare with feta cheese, tomatoes with aromatic mozzarella

as well as something sweet:

yeast cakes
cookies, biscuits
desserts in jars with chia seeds

hot dishes:

at least two hot dishes: scrambled eggs, sausages, hot dogs, black pudding, fried eggs, etc.

For our youngest Guests, we have prepared:

various types of breakfast cereals, muesli, Nutella, yeast rolls, pancakes, fritters.

After returning from exciting mountain trips, we invite you to dinner. These are hearty and varied meals consisting of two courses. Each meal is served with a homemade and delicious dessert and compote. Enjoy the magic of the mountains by tasting the best dishes by the fireplace in a warm atmosphere.

Dinner is served at the following times:

- 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM during the holiday season,

- 5:00 PM during the spring-autumn season

Our kitchen – appreciated and praised by Guests – is known for generous portions, combining flavors of traditional and regional cuisine. We invite you to try specialties that other restaurants in Białka do not offer – taste tradition with a modern twist. We provide a pleasant and professional service that cares about the satisfaction of every guest.
