  1. The front office of Pension would be very grateful to you for your cooperation in complying with this Regulation, which is intended to ensure peaceful and secure stay of all our guests.
  2. Accommodation day begins at 4:00 p.m. and continues until 11:00 am the next day.
  3. Arrivals and departures are possible from the guesthouse from 7.00 a.m. To 11.00 p.m. Any other hours of arrival or departure must be notified at the reception desk.
  4. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period booked, please report it to the reception desk before 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure.
  5. The pension includes guest wishes to extend their stay whenever it is possible.
  6. Pension staff reserves the right to transfer guests luggage if they notice the hotel does not extend your stay and will deposit it in another spare room or dressing room at the expense and risk of the guest.
  7. Pension provide services in accordance with its category and standard. For complaints regarding the quality of services, please report them at the reception desk as soon as possible, which will allow our staff for immediate response.
  8. Complaints should be submitted in writing, by post or email. Pension reserves the time to resolve the complaint within 14 days.
  9. Pension is required to provide:
  10. conditions of full and unfettered rest;
  11. security of residence, including disclosure of confidential information relating to guests;
  12. professional and courteous service;
  13. room cleaning and performing necessary repairs on the absence of the guest and in his/her presence only if he/she agrees and demand.
  14. whenever possible to allocate in a different room or mitigate the disadvantages present in the room where the fault can not be removed.
  15. Money, jewelery, and other items brought to the pension, with a value of more than 1000 zł should be kept in a locked safe located in the reception area. If you leave these things out of a safe the pension does not assume any responsibility for them.
  16. Guests should notify at the reception desk about any damage immediately after it is noticed.
  17. Guests are required to pay compensation for any damage including damage to or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the pension, due to any cause, for which they or their visitors are responsible.
  18. Pension guest is financially responsible for all goods and services used during your stay. If the guest does not report the fact to benefit from the goods or services on departure, the operator of pension reserves the right to charge your credit card.
  19. Every time the guests leave the room, they should check if they locked doors.
  20. Guest must not transfer their room to a third party, even if their stay has not expired, and it is paid.
  21. The lights-out is from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.
  22. Due to fire safety using heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not room equipment is prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  23. Pension may refuse to accept a guest who broke the regulations during a previous stay or damaged a property or caused personal injury on workers pension guests or other people staying in the guest house or in any other way disturbed a peaceful stay of other guests or working of the pension.
  24. Personal belongings left by a guest in the room will be mailed to the address given, at the guest's expense. If we do not receive such a disposition, the Pension will store these items for 3 months in the safe at the expense and risk of the guest.

  26. Entrance doors between 11.00 pm and 7.00am are opened with the card - key.

  2. By booking the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data only for marketing purposes by pension Pod Kotelnica, in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101, item 2002. 926 as changes).
  3. Reservations are made on a person or a company, which will make the payment.
  4. After booking, the guest receives an electronic confirmation with a reservation number.
  5. After receiving confirmation, the guest is required to pay a reservation fee of 30% of the cost of your stay within 7 days from the date of reservation, or at a time agreed with the reception. The guest must type the name and reservation number in the money transfer.
  6. The date of receipt of the reservation fee is the date of transfer entry in the pension account.
  7. Pension reserves the right to remove your reservation in case of no reservation fee receipt to 7 days from the date the reservation.
  8. Payment of the reservation fee is tantamount to acceptance of the booking rules and other conditions contained in the confirmation email.
  9. Other guest accommodation costs shall be paid on arrival. We accept credit cards except American Express.
  10. Arrivals and departures are possible from the guest house from 7am - 11pm, with other hours of arrival or departure must notify the reception desk.
  11. Reservation fee (prepayment) is non-refundable, unless the cancellation of your reservation is no later than 21 days before the start of your stay - in this case, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  12. Both reservation fee (in total) as well as the amount for the unused part of the package can be returned - these issues are resolved individually, at the request of the customer.
  13. Failure to arrive until 8 am the next day (a day later than the day of arrival) is equivalent to the resignation of residence, unless otherwise agreed with the reception.
  14. All complaints should be submitted in writing at the reception desk, by mail or e-mail (response time up to 14 days).
  15. Available discounts are not cumulative.
