Bialka is close to the famous village Bukowina Tatrzanska, which for many years was a mainstay of "Goralian style" as opposed to "urban style" of Zakopane. Even today, on Sundays and holidays, there can be seen in Bukovina and the surrounding villages people proudly wearing Goralian dress and using Goralian dialect.
The capital of Polish Tatra Mountains, Zakopane is in a slightly greater distance from Bialka. Cultural richness of this place is priceless. It was a favourite place to Polish artists, and their traces can be found throughout the city. Stanislaw Witkiewicz, his son Witkacy, Roman Brandstaetter, Kornel Makuszyński, Julian Tuwim and finally, the famous Goral Sabala - these are just some of the artists who have left their traces in Zakopane.
Describing Białka's neighbourhood, it is impossible not to mention the Tatra Mountains, You can have a grandstand view of the Tatra Mountains from our hotel windows. There are some bus tours from Zakopane Kuznice to Hala Gasienicowa, Kasprowy Wierch and Czarny Staw and to the famous valleys - Kościeliska and Chocholowska. However, if you want to pass round the traffic, come to Bialka, which is a home base to mountain trips. Driving east, you can get to the Morskie Oko lake, and from there to Rysy, Rusinowa Polana or from Palenica to Slovakia.
