Bialka Tatrzanska is a village in Podhale on the river Bialka, bor. Bukowina Tatrzańska. It is now valued for its climate and skiing conditions and is known as the best ski resort in Poland (awards: 2009 and 2012), with geothermal pools Terma Bania (opened in 2011).However, the history of Bialka Tatrzanska dates back to the seventeenth century.
The village was founded in the seventeenth century, during the reign of King Ladislaus IV. Eighty years later, around 1700, there was built a historic wooden church. St. Simon and Jude Thadeus. The most interesting relic in Białka is Wooden Architecture Route. The village consisted of forests in the mountains, including the area around the Morskie Oko lake and Woloszyn. In addition to farming, the villagers also engaged in sheep grazing.
